To Add Documents To and Delete Documents From a Transmittal

You can add existing documents to or delete associated documents from an existing transmittal, providing that it does not have "Committed" approval status.

Adding Existing Documents to a Transmittal

  1. Open the transmittal to which you want to add an existing document.
  2. Select the Documents tab.
  3. From the Actions menu, select Add exisiting document.

    The Add Existing Document dialog appears.

  4. You can select the location of the document from the Add from list.
  5. Select each recipient that you want to add, and then click Add selected.

The selected recipients are added to the transmittal.

Deleting Associated Documents from a Transmittal

Follow these steps to delete an associated document from a transmittal.

  1. Open the transmittal to which you want to delete an associated document.
  2. Select the Documents tab. This tab lists all recipients that are associated with this transmittal.
  3. Select each document that you want to delete from the transmittal.
  4. From the Actions menu, select Delete associated document.
  5. Click Yes to remove the selected objects.

The selected recipients are removed from the transmittal.
